Terms of Service
Please read our terms of service carefully below before engaging with our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickCollect Limited's (Company number: 16200497) ("QuickCollect", "we", "our", or "us") debt collection services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
QuickCollect provides debt collection services to businesses ("Clients") for both consumer and corporate debts. We act as an intermediary between Clients and their debtors to facilitate debt recovery.
When a client instructs us, we are authorised exclusively to collect their debt through our strategic communication systems. Our goal is to maximise the returned debt balance to the original creditor.
3. Fees and Charges
- Commission: 15% +VAT of successfully collected balances
- Handling fee: £50 +VAT for balances under £500
4. Client Obligations
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and lawful debt information
- Have legitimate right to the debt being collected
- Inform us immediately of any direct payments received
- Maintain accurate records of all debts submitted
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through GoCardless
- All collected funds are held in designated client accounts
- Payments to Clients are made after deduction of our fees
- Client funds are protected in accordance with FCA regulations
6. Exclusivity period
- Debts submitted will authorise QuickCollect as the sole collector of the debt for a minimum period of 4 months
- If the debt is collected during this time by any party, the fee structure will be outstanding as the collection will be considered successful
- Terminating the collection of the debt during this period will require payment based on the fee structure, unless an alternative arrangement is made by QuickCollect
7. Automated Decision Making
We employ automated decision-making processes in our debt collection procedures. These systems:
- Analyse debt profiles
- Determine collection strategies
- Assess payment plan eligibility
- Schedule communication timing
8. Communication Methods
We may contact debtors through:
- Telephone calls
- SMS messages
- Email correspondence
- Postal mail
9. Liability
QuickCollect Limited's liability shall be limited to:
- The amount of fees paid in the preceding 12 months
- Direct damages caused by gross negligence
- Matters that cannot be limited by law
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- False information is provided
- Legal requirements are breached
- Terms of Service are violated
- Payment of fees is defaulted
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with notification to Clients.
